Inside Out Chiropractic is seeking an outstanding Associate Chiropractor to join our team full-time.
We are looking for a positive, high-energy chiropractor with exceptional people and communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others through principled, neurologically based chiropractic care.
Relationship-building is a huge part of what we do. We aren't simply looking for someone who can adjust. We want someone who can connect with people, educate families, communicate the value of chiropractic care, and help practice members stay committed to improving their health.
Your primary job is ADJUSTING and SERVING PEOPLE, not sitting behind a desk doing paperwork.

DUTIES
- Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments while clearly communicating with practice members
- Review X-rays and clinical findings
- Deliver excellent Reports of Findings and recommendations for care
- Provide chiropractic care utilizing techniques including TRT, Webster, and pediatric adjusting
- Perform progress evaluations and help ensure practice-member and doctor goals are being met
- Complete necessary documentation, charting, and reports
- Communicate with practice members through appropriate follow-up calls and emails
- Work collaboratively with our doctors and team to provide an exceptional practice-member experience
- Help educate practice members about chiropractic, the nervous system, and proactive health
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of Inside Out Chiropractic
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Oklahoma
- Excellent adjusting skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Passion for principled and neurologically based chiropractic care
- Webster Certification and/or ICPA coursework is desired but not required
- Previous chiropractic experience is preferred, but the right fit, attitude, and willingness to grow are extremely important to us
SCHEDULE
Full-Time
Our current patient schedule is Monday through Thursday.
COMPENSATION
$75,000–$100,000 per year
Compensation is based on experience, abilities, and fit within the practice.
Potential for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on experience and possible relocation.
