Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Intermediate Customer Service Representative independently manages a portfolio of customer accounts and acts as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing, issue resolution, and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Review incoming orders for contract compliance and accuracy
Enter orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system
Manage orders and related data throughout entire order lifecycle, including post-shipment and closure activities
Coordinate and communicate all order revisions with internal teams
Assist with complaints, order errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries
Cross train with other Team members supporting different product lines to ensure coverage at all times
Assist with audit preparation and participation as required
Gather, analyze, and compile data for operational and management reporting
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn ERP or other software programs
Ability to multi-task
Time management

COMPUTER SKILLS

Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. ERP system (Made2Manage)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

2+ years related experience
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Certificate or degree in related field is a plus

Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas industries is a plus, but not required

TRAVEL

Occasional overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and /or air. Able to receive and maintain valid passport.
