Full Job Description

Nature's Kiss is seeking a dependable, hardworking Entry-Level Garden & Processing Technician to join our cultivation and processing team. This is a hands-on position that supports nearly every aspect of our operation. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is willing to help wherever needed.

As a growing Oklahoma cannabis company, we're looking for team members who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

This position supports both our cultivation and processing departments. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Packaging cannabis products
Applying product labels and stickers accurately
Filling vape cartridges and assisting with production
Cleaning and sanitizing cultivation and processing areas
Defoliating plants and assisting with routine plant care
Assisting with harvest and post-harvest activities
Organizing workspaces and maintaining a clean, efficient environment
Assisting with inventory organization and material handling
Learning basic compliance recordkeeping and state tracking procedures as assigned
Following all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements
Performing other duties as assigned to help ensure the operation runs smoothly

Qualifications

Has reliable transportation
Pays close attention to detail
Takes pride in producing quality work
Is willing to learn and accepts feedback professionally
Works well independently and as part of a team
Maintains a clean and professional appearance
Has a passion for or strong interest in the cannabis industry (preferred)

Physical Requirements

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Comfortable working in both cultivation and production environments
