We're looking for a confident, energetic, and outgoing Social Media Brand Ambassador who enjoys being on camera, creating engaging content, and building relationships online. If you're passionate about social media and love connecting with people, we'd love to meet you.

Position Overview

As a Social Media Brand Ambassador, you will represent New Gen Solutions across social media platforms by creating engaging content, hosting live sessions, educating audiences about credit improvement, and interacting with potential clients. You'll play a key role in growing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and helping prospective clients take the first step toward improving their financial future.

This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable on camera, enjoys creating content, and can confidently communicate with audiences both live and through social media.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content & Brand Growth

Create engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Host live sessions to educate audiences, answer questions, and build trust with potential clients.
Share educational content related to credit improvement, financial literacy, and funding opportunities.
Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Help grow the company's online presence through consistent posting and audience engagement.

Community Engagement & Lead Generation

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Build relationships with potential clients through social media conversations.
Identify qualified prospects and guide them toward the next step in the enrollment process.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain ongoing communication.

Sales Support

Educate prospective clients about New Gen Solutions' services.
Answer questions and address common concerns professionally.
Assist qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
Meet individual and team performance goals.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
Share audience feedback and frequently asked questions to help improve content and campaigns.
Stay informed on company services, industry updates, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in social media marketing, customer service, sales, content creation, or a related field is preferred.
Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live videos.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Active knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM systems, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Work Location
