In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process—from generating leads in the community to closing insurance policies and building long-term client relationships.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you'll actively prospect neighborhoods, build relationships with homeowners, identify insurance needs, and present customized insurance solutions. Unlike appointment-setting roles, you'll manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to policy issuance.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and the excitement of closing new business.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Prospect new business through several methods
Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners and prospective clients
Identify customer insurance needs through consultative conversations
Educate clients on available Property & Casualty, Life, and other insurance products
Present customized insurance solutions and coverage recommendations
Develop long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
