Compensation: The salary range for this position is $101,000.00 - $127,000.00 Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

Job Summary:
Compu-Link is searching for an Operations Manager for Property Charges with experience in mortgage servicing setting. This is a full-time position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Operations Manager ensures that the functions performed by Serving Specialists meet contractual obligations, investor guidelines, regulatory and legal requirements, and follow generally accepted servicing practices. This role requires in-depth knowledge of operations processes and all associated investor and HUD guidelines.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the process incoming compliance documents.
- Collect and analyze legal documentation and authorization.
- Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data.
- Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers and other interested parties.
- Ensure monthly goals are met and HUD compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Reinforces culture of shared ownership and accountability for results
- Designing and affecting change to designated third party servicers’ underlying processes to ensure compliance with and adherence to applicable contractual obligations, investor guidelines, HUD guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Quarterly review and update of departmental procedures.
- The Operations Manager is also responsible for leading the Property Charges department of Specialist to:
- Timely payment of taxes, HOA, and other escrow related fees.
- Work all aspects of escrow and problem solution.
- Perform research on client-related escrow tasks.
- Analyze escrow accounts to ensure sufficient funds are collected to make required payments.
- Manage assigned pipeline to ensure all escrow items are worked accurately and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data.
- Responsible for processing Loss Draft Claims by efficiently and accurately inputting the information received into the company’s system.
- Review and research insurance claim information provided, make appropriate follow-up calls as needed to resolve property damage.
Qualifications / Skills
- Some College and bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role
- Knowledge of all regulatory and federal requirements impacting default oversight operations
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
- Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
- Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Positive attitude and professional image at all times
- Ability to work with, lead, and consult with all levels in the organization, including executives
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of compliance documents, compliance with federal privacy law, and responding to inquiries from borrowers.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in a professional office environment within a secure Federal Government contractor facility onsite in Tulsa. Employees must be comfortable working in an active environment that involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and computer work. Employees will regularly work with standard office equipment including computers, scanners, photocopiers.
The position is fully onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma within a secure government-regulated facility and requires successful completion of federal background checks, and fingerprinting, prior to employment.
