We're looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Personal Assistant + Social Media Manager who can support both daily administrative tasks and the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, comfortable with social media, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview

As a Personal Assistant + Social Media Manager, you will provide support with scheduling, administrative tasks, content creation, social media management, and occasional personal errands. You'll also help create and maintain engaging content across social media platforms while keeping daily tasks and files organized.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working both behind the scenes and on camera.

Key Responsibilities
Personal & Administrative Support

Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks.
Help coordinate appointments, errands, and other personal or business activities.
Organize files, documents, photos, and videos.
Manage and upload digital files and brand materials.
Provide general support to management as needed.

Social Media Management & Content

Create, post, and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Capture photos and videos and assist with behind-the-scenes content.
Help with filming and lifestyle content creation.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
Research social media trends, hashtags, and content ideas.
Help maintain consistent and engaging social media activity.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with management and the team on content and daily priorities.
Help develop new social media ideas and improve online engagement.
Stay organized and communicate updates on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish – REQUIRED.
Previous Social Media Management experience – REQUIRED.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and cameras.
Basic video editing or Canva experience is a plus.
Positive, professional, and able to work independently.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available to work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
