Full Job Description

Build a Serious Income in Sales

Diamond Agency, the #1-selling Allstate agency in Tulsa, is growing our Outside Sales Team.

We are looking for competitive, confident sales professionals who know how to start conversations, build trust, follow up, and close.

This is a new-business sales role focused on helping prospective customers with auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, and bundled insurance products. You will speak with prospects through outbound calls, inbound calls, text messages, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.

This is not a customer service position, and it is not traditional door-to-door sales.

We provide the leads, training, systems, technology, coaching, and a proven sales process. You bring the energy, discipline, and desire to win.

What You Can Earn

$2,000 monthly base salary
Uncapped commissions
Monthly performance bonuses
Tiered commission increases for higher production
Additional performance incentives and contests
Top producers can earn $120,000–$185,000+ annually

There is no commission ceiling. The more business you write, the more you earn.

This role is designed for someone who would rather increase their income and earn better perks than wait years for a traditional promotion.

What You’ll Do

Speak with new prospects through outbound and inbound calls
Respond quickly to phone, text, email, and online inquiries
Generate new opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting
Ask questions to understand each customer’s insurance needs
Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes
Recommend auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, and bundled coverage
Explain coverage options clearly and confidently
Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet purchased
Handle objections involving price, coverage, timing, and competing carriers
Ask for the sale and close new business
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity
Meet daily expectations for calls, conversations, quotes, follow-ups, and production
Participate in coaching, role-playing, and sales training
Meet with prospects or attend local networking opportunities occasionally

Most of your sales will be completed by phone, text, and email. From time to time, you may also meet with prospects or represent Diamond Agency in the community.

Requirements

At least one year of sales experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence handling objections and closing sales
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up tasks
Ability to work in person at our South Tulsa office
Reliable transportation for occasional meetings or local events
Availability during normal daytime business hours
Oklahoma Property and Casualty license required before selling insurance

Preferred Experience
