The ITSO Enterprise Business Technology Operations and Planning Section (TOPS) provides senior level consulting and leadership in a wide variety of discipline areas critical to support a mature information technology organization; in turn advancing sustainable and efficient solutions agency wide. Areas of discipline include policy development, budget planning and management, information technology procurement and purchasing, legislative guidance and coordination, vendor management, software licensing and management, strategic communication and coordination of incidents, analytical researching a wide variety of topics accompanied with formal recommendations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio Management, and ADA and Information Technology Accessibility policy and application management advancing agency wide digital accessibility.
