We are a rapidly expanding Mobile Home Park Investment and Management Company specializing in acquiring, stabilizing, and managing mobile home park properties where success is measured by performance. Our focus is providing management services, growing occupancy, and stabilizing the current footprint of properties while improving the quality and efficiency of our property management services with the primary aim of developing a scalable model, expanding the portfolio, and achieving exponential growth.
We are seeking for a motivated candidate with an enjoyable personality, independent judgment, and the initiative to manage the RV & mobile home park. The candidate must have strong work ethic, high level of integrity, be a great communicator, well organized, detail oriented and be able to take initiative and solve problems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Represent the Landlord as an authorized Representative and provide ongoing management services for your assigned Community
- Manage the Local Marketing effort and build online reputation of your assigned Community
- Support Sales and Manage the Application and Leasing Process
- Resident and Guest Management and Conflict Resolution
- Collections, Enforcement and Minimize Delinquency
- Manage Evictions Process
- Manage the Dealership Program for your Area and Community
- Grow and Stabilize Occupancy to 95% for your Community
- Leasing Renewals and Resident Retention
- Improve the Customer Experience and online Reputation of your Communities
- Facilitate Community Maintenance, Improvements and Emergency Repairs
- Perform Routine Inspections, Enforce Community Guidelines, Create and Maintain Beautiful Communities
- Eliminate residents who refuse to follow Community Guidelines
- Maintain the Integrity of Homes
- Attend daily huddles, weekly operational and sales strategy sessions, and weekly/quarterly training
- Facilitate daily system updates and accurate Reporting
- Manage Budget and Cost Control for your Communities
- Maximize revenue, decrease expenses, maintain budget, and leverage the processes to create management efficiency
- Create and maintain a better quality of living within the Community and empower Residents and Guests to Thrive.

Salary commensurate upon experience, car allowance, bonus structure, health insurance and paid time off
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
