Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data management processes, ensuring accuracy and organization across various platforms. Your proactive approach and strong computer skills will contribute to seamless operations and support our overall business objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and administrative expertise within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Input, update, and maintain data within multiple databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets with precision and speed
Perform data entry tasks using high typing speeds to ensure timely processing of information
Transcribe handwritten or audio-recorded data into digital formats accurately
Organize and file physical documents systematically for easy retrieval and record-keeping
Collect, verify, and cross-reference data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
Create and utilize pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends and generate reports
Assist with order entry processes, ensuring correct product details and quantities are recorded in the system

Qualifications

Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in office environments
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite applications, and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
Experience with data collection, filing systems, and maintaining databases or spreadsheets
Knowledge of pivot tables for data analysis is preferred but not required
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
