Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Assistant Manager, where your leadership and passion for guest service will elevate our hotel operations to new heights. In this vital role, you will oversee daily hotel functions, supervise hospitality teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your expertise in hotel management, revenue optimization, and human resources will drive operational excellence and foster a welcoming environment for all guests and staff alike. Responsibilities

Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and manage hospitality teams, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing staff.
Oversee revenue management strategies by analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing tactics to maximize profitability.
Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Manage human resources functions such as staffing schedules, recruitment efforts, and compliance with employment policies.
Oversee financial operations including budgeting, expense control, and night audit procedures to maintain fiscal health.
Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members from various backgrounds.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services.
Experience managing hospitality teams and overseeing human resources functions such as staffing and training.
Knowledge of financial operations including budgeting, managing hospitality operation budgets, and night audit procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently.
Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel experience preferred.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
