Full Job Description

Senior Inside Sales - Spanish Speaking Preferred - Remote Position

**Note substantial inside sales experience and fully Bilingual Spanish/English language fluency is required for this position.

Candidate must reside in one of the following states: AZ, NV, UT, TX, ID, TN, FL

Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking an inside sales associate! This is a work from home position for an experienced inside sales candidate.

Qualifications:

Amazing people skills, outgoing personality, incredible on the phone, team player and very detail oriented. Requires substantial inside sales experience.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a call center team supporting 4 markets and 28 offices that specialize in wisdom teeth removal.
This is a full time (40 hours) work from home position. We will train you remotely at home.
Your job will include scheduling patient surgeries, answering phones, explaining procedures and fees, answering questions, taking down insurance information, scheduling and running financing applications, coordinating with the local surgery managers.

A hybrid compensation plan (base plus bonuses) will be utilized to achieve minimum compensation of $18/hour. Depending on performance, compensation of higher than $20/hour is achievable.

Hours: 40 hours per week.
