Job Summary

A rapidly expanding moving company in the South Hills is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Secretary/Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth daily operations, support sales activities, and foster positive relationships with customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a fast-paced environment where enthusiasm and professionalism are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Answering telephones, directing calls professionally and courteously
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting for sales staff and management
Typing paperwork correspondence to customers and verifying sales staff calculations
Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing confidential information, and overseeing clerical tasks such as filing and generating reports
Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring client communication is clear and professional

Professional, positive attitude
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and typing skills
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Attention to detail for proofreading documents, managing confidential information, and maintaining accurate records
