Job description:

Run your own kitchen within our concept. Write your own weekly menus. Be nice to those around you. Show up every day with a passion for cooking and making people happy with food. Enjoy work-life balance and an awesome schedule, with ample time off. Be a leader and help cultivate your staff. Communicate like an adult, do your job well, and get treated like an adult. Pretty simple, right? We are a transparent and straightforward team that believes in supporting and empowering our Chefs to be successful in, and out of the kitchen.

This position begins in August of 2026. We will begin reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews as of March 1st, 2026.

Successful candidates will have:

-Solid experience (5yrs) of Chef-level leadership in Professional, High Volume Kitchens with direct menu creation, Sanitation, and People-Management responsibilities.

-Classical training and experience w/ modern-progressive cuisine, preferably under notable chefs or in notable establishments.

-Menu development & experience sourcing items from broad-line purveyors, as well as local products from local suppliers.

-The desire to at first learn, then uphold and improve upon the culture and cuisine that makes us successful.

-The desire to own the creative direction, cleanliness, tone, and flow of the kitchen

-Communication skills! Our Chefs interact with multi-generational clients, staff, and Management daily.

-A great attitude. Energize those around you, lead with humility, and be a part of the team.

-Protein / Fish Butchery Skills

-High Volume Planning & Production Skills

-High Volume Catering/ Banquet Experience is very helpful in our kitchens

-Basic Tech skills- emails, spreadsheets, menu writing software. All the boring (but necessary) stuff.
