Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Unit Manager to lead and oversee multiple locations within our organization. This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance team culture, and ensure the achievement of business goals across all units. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by managing diverse teams, implementing innovative solutions, and steering multiple locations toward sustained growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the operations of multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational standards.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve processes, and enhance overall business performance.
Supervise and mentor store managers and team members, fostering a motivated, engaged workforce committed to excellence.
Oversee profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability across all locations.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, building community relationships, and expanding customer base.
Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across units.
Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, providing coaching and support to achieve or exceed targets.

Requirements

Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams and leading multi-unit operations.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
Experience in process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop strategies that increase revenue streams.
