Job Summary
Echoasis is expanding! We are seeking a unique, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to pilot our new mobile sound healing division. This hybrid role requires a skilled commercial driver to safely transport our converted 40-foot transit bus to corporate wellness events, community gatherings, and private sessions within a 1-hour radius of Tuscola. When not behind the wheel, you will step inside the oasis to help setup, welcome clients, and facilitate our deeply relaxing 3D full-body sound and vibroacoustic therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Fleet Management:
Safely operate and maneuver our 2007 Chrysler Orion VII Transit Bus to designated locations within East-Central Illinois (1-hour radius of Tuscola).
Perform rigorous daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial safety inspections, paying close attention to the air brake systems, fluid levels, and tire pressures.
Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) safety regulations.
Navigate tight spaces, event grounds, and parking scenarios calmly and professionally.
Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and coordinate routine servicing.
Session Facilitation & Customer Service:
Set up the mobile unit upon arrival (hooking up shore power/generators, adjusting climate controls, and prepping the sound equipment).
Warmly greet clients, explain the vibroacoustic experience, and assist those with mobility needs boarding our low-floor transit bus.
Manage the session schedule, cue up the sound therapy tracks, and maintain a quiet, meditative, and spotless environment inside the bus.
Sanitize treatment stations between sessions and pack down the unit safely for return transit.
### Qualifications & Requirements
License: Must possess a valid Illinois Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B or Class A) with no air brake restrictions (No "L" restriction).
Health: Must hold a current, valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy-duty transit buses, motor coaches, or school buses preferred. Clean driving record required.
Disposition: A calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Excellent customer service skills and an interest in holistic health, mindfulness, or sound therapy.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for power cables/equipment setup) and assist clients if necessary.
