Full Job Description

We are a well-established independent escrow company that is looking for a motivated person to be a part of a growing and exciting team. The Jr. Escrow Officer position will be in our Costa Mesa Branch and will be a part of a multi-person team with fantastic leadership and a team oriented approach that allows for opportunity and growth. Two years experience as an Escrow Assistant or Jr. Escrow Officer is a must. Salary is based on experience.

Escrow duties:

Provides support to team and office by delivering the finest customer service and supporting administrative duties related to escrow closings
Packages new escrows and receipt deposits
Reviews title commitment and brings any exceptions to the attention of the Escrow Officer
Orders demands and other documents within a timely manner of receipt of open order request and follows up as necessary (Pro-activeness is essential)
Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
Assist in managing all aspects of desk, including full desk coverage capabilities when Escrow Officer(s) is away
Assist with other office duties as needed

What's needed:

Requirement of 2+ years of escrow experience
Strong multi tasking skills with excellent follow up skills
Problem solving skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Excellent verbal and written communication
A passion and pride for delivering excellent customer service
Desire to learn and grow in the business with a can do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
