Frac Equipment Operator – Vernal, UT

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off - Class A CDL required

As a Frac Equipment Operator at Liberty Energy, you won't just be part of a team – you'll be a vital component of our field operating team, contributing to the success and growth of our organization. Safety is paramount in everything we do, and we're looking for individuals who are not only safety-minded but also possess the skills to execute duties with precision and effectiveness.

Your responsibilities at Liberty Energy will encompass driving equipment to the site, meticulously preparing the well site for operation, and expertly mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of our fracturing jobs. Join us in upholding the highest standards in the industry while embracing a culture of safety and teamwork.

COMPENSATION:

Range: $20-$35 per hour (pay commensurate with experience and knowledge)
Housing provided
On location bonus

JOB DETAILS:

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
12 hour+ shift
CDL Class A preferred
Full benefits, available first of the month after start date
401k match up to 6% (fully vested day one)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Punctual Equipment Readiness: Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is prepared and ready for pumping operations on schedule.
Thorough Pre-Startup Checks: Conducts comprehensive checks of all fluids and visually inspects equipment before start-up to guarantee optimal functionality.
Safe and Efficient Rig-Up: Demonstrates the ability to rig-up all frac equipment in a safe and timely manner, emphasizing both efficiency and safety.
Effective Communication: Maintains open communication with the frac supervisor throughout all stages of the job, promptly reporting any issues and ensuring a cohesive workflow.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Actively runs frac equipment, focusing major responsibilities on equipment operation, performs basic preventative maintenance, and communicates equipment issues to the frac supervisor. Additionally, assists in mentoring other equipment operators in frac operations.
LOTO Compliance and Packing Lubrication: Adheres to proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, fills packing lube after each stage, and ensures the unit is inspected and ready for pumping on time.
Post-Operation Site Walkthrough: Conducts a comprehensive site walkthrough after operations, inspecting all equipment to ensure proper shutdown and adherence to safety protocols.
Chemical Cleanup and Securement: Ensures the safe cleanup and securing of all chemicals, contributing to a hazard-free work environment.
Housekeeping and Other Duties: Assists in housekeeping activities before leaving the location and remains flexible to perform other duties as required. Acknowledges that duties and responsibilities may evolve over time.
