Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain referral relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and commercial accounts
Generate new water mitigation and reconstruction leads
Manage pipeline activity to meet monthly revenue targets
Conduct in-person visits, networking events, and industry meetings
Coordinate with estimators and project managers for seamless job handoffs
Follow up on opportunities and close revenue efficiently
Maintain CRM documentation and reporting
Represent Valley Restoration professionally in the field

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with in-person outreach and networking
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline
Valid driver’s license
