What You’ll Do

Lead the Nacogdoches Location - Serve as one of the key cornerstones of the team, providing steady leadership and unwavering support.

Oversee Appointment Scheduling - Manage and optimize the scheduling of appointments with federal employees—focusing on helping clients secure their financial futures and maximize their federal benefits.

What It Takes to Lead Here

Experience in management, call centers, retail, sales, or restaurant leadership preferred
Background in outbound calling is a plus

Professional, commanding presence—balanced with approachabilityCreative problem-solving and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Salesforce a bonus)
