Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Staffing Specialist to support and drive our recruiting and hiring efforts. This role is critical in helping us identify, attract, and select candidates who align with both the qualifications of the role and the core values of our firm.

This is an in-office position ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all stages of the hiring process
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across platforms
Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural alignment
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews
Administer candidate assessments and evaluations
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruiting records
Support additional recruiting and HR-related initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 year of high volume recruiting experience
Must have Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS system
Strong understanding of the hiring and selection process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Ability to evaluate candidates for both skillset and cultural fit
