As we continue growing in Tyler and East Texas, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Insurance Professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help support both client service and agency growth.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assist clients with auto and home insurance policies
- Provide excellent customer service and policy support
- Support the sales team with quotes, renewals, and policy updates
- Manage day-to-day agency operations and administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with clients and community partners
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Insurance agency or customer service experience
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
✔ Organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred (but not required)
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Experience in an insurance agency or financial services office

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
