Responsibilities

Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and proteins as per the menu specifications.
Assist in the cooking process by monitoring food items and ensuring proper cooking times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen equipment.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation throughout the kitchen.
Stock and restock supplies as necessary and report any shortages to management.

Requirements
