Location: Greater Northeast Texas – Tyler, Longview, Kilgore & Surrounding Areas.

Job Type: Independent Contractor / New and Experienced Agents Welcome

You'll work directly with an experienced East Texas team lead who has:

10+ years of real estate experience
Been a top-producing agent within the brokerage for four consecutive years
Experience building a business through leads, referrals, past clients, and personal relationships

This isn't about simply handing you leads and expecting you to figure everything out.

You'll learn how to convert leads, work with buyers and sellers, win listings, conduct successful open houses, follow up effectively, market yourself, and build a personal database that can generate business for years to come.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for agents who are:

You do not have to be an experienced top producer. We're more interested in finding the right people who are willing to learn, work, and grow.

Your Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming leads
Follow up consistently with prospective clients
Conduct buyer consultations
Show properties
Prepare and present offers
Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and other transaction-related appointments as needed
Host open houses
Prospect and develop new client relationships
Maintain relationships with past clients and your personal sphere
Use the team's CRM and follow-up systems
Participate in training, coaching, and team activities
Build and maintain a professional personal brand
Deliver a high level of service throughout the buying and selling process

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried position.

Compensation varies depending on the source of the business and the agent's partnership structure with the team.

Partnership Opportunities

We're open to different types of agents and business models, including:

Lead-Taking Agents: Agents who want access to team-generated opportunities and are committed to aggressively working and converting incoming leads.

Sphere & Referral Agents: Agents who primarily want to grow their own personal database, past-client and referral business while benefiting from our systems, support, marketing, and mentorship.

Hybrid Agents: Agents who want to work team-provided leads while simultaneously building a strong personal book of business.

Requirements

Active Texas real estate license OR currently working toward obtaining one
Reliable transportation
Smartphone and computer
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage your schedule independently
Willingness to learn and implement proven systems
Commitment to professional and ethical client service
