Full Job Description

Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak is seeking a people-first, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our Altoona office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized office experience.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience while providing essential administrative support to our legal team. Your commitment to professionalism, organization, and exceptional service will directly contribute to the success of the firm and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Maintain reception and office areas in a clean and organized condition.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Manage outgoing mail and postage.
Prepare and print documents for appointments.
Scan, copy, and fax documents.
Maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist with supply management and office upkeep.
Serve as point of contact for vendors.

Qualifications

Customer service or administrative experience required.
Experience in professional services preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and use office technology effectively.
