Graystone Manor Bellmeade LLC is a personal care home located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Graystone Manor is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a comfortable and beautiful setting. We offer residents a balance of independence and supportive services tailored to their needs.

We are seeking a Full-Time Dietary Director to join our team.

$20.00/hr.
Monday - Friday
Daylight
FREE Healthcare Coverage after 90 days
401k with matching

This position requires you to participate in a weekly on-call rotation with the other members of the management team.

You may be required to work weekends when necessary.

The Dietary Manager is responsible to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the Dining Services Department, its program and activities.

Responsibilities Include

Oversee daily dining services operations
Complete forms, reports, evaluations, and dietary documentation
Process diet changes received from the nursing department
Assist with preparing and monitoring the departmental budget
Visit residents periodically to discuss meals and food preferences
Maintain records of resident food likes and dislikes
Ensure kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and sanitary
Monitor staff to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
Recruit, interview, and help select dietary department staff
Support a positive, respectful, team-centered work environment
