Job Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Content Creator & Video Editor to produce compelling video and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal initiatives. This role is hands-on, with a focus on shooting and editing video content, while also supporting graphic design and storytelling needs. A strong visual eye, camera proficiency, and an organized creative process are essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Shoot and edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, team features, and internal initiatives
· Capture original photo and video assets at events and during on-site content sessions
· Edit and package short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
· Design supporting assets such as social graphics, flyers, web banners, and pitch decks
· Develop reusable templates and branded visual systems
· Support content planning, brainstorming, and creative direction
· Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and are optimized for their platforms
· Organize and maintain internal asset libraries (video, photo, and design)
Required Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or a related creative role
· Proficiency operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras for photo and video
· Strong video editing skills and comfort with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
· Understanding of basic lighting and audio setups for content production
· Strong design sensibility and attention to visual detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Collaborative, flexible, and self-motivated
Portfolio Requirements
All applicants must submit a portfolio that includes examples of:
· Video work (Reels, short-form edits, interviews, or campaign content)
· Photography work: Event photography, behind-the-scenes shots, or branded content
Links to personal websites, Google Drive folders, or social profiles are acceptable. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Physical Requirements
· Sitting or standing at a computer workstation and viewing monitor(s) for prolonged periods of time.
· Lift up to 30 pounds for tasks as necessary.
· May occasionally work beyond posted work hours as well as overtime.
