Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Manager to lead the front office operations at a dynamic personal injury law firm. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your leadership will streamline administrative processes, manage scheduling, oversee vendor relationships, and support the overall efficiency of the firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your office management expertise and communication skills to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced legal setting.

Duties

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using clear communication skills
Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance
Coordinate vendor management activities including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and service contracts
Maintain accurate filing systems and perform clerical duties such as data entry, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and document preparation
Oversee office operations including payroll processing, budgeting support, human resources functions, and medical office management tasks when applicable

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting within a legal environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle vendor management and office supply procurement efficiently
Background in event planning or coordinating firm events is a plus
Familiarity with human resources functions such as training & development and employee onboarding
Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
