Join Our Small, Dedicated Team

At Perkins Family Law PC, we know that family is everything. As a boutique firm of five, we operate less like a corporate machine and more like a supportive team dedicated to helping our neighbors through some of life’s most significant transitions. We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented File Clerk to join us in our Ukiah office.

What You’ll Do

Your role is essential to keeping our firm running smoothly. You will be the "keeper of the records," ensuring that every document is exactly where it needs to be.

Organize & Maintain: Manage both physical and digital client files with a high degree of accuracy.
Systemize: Help us streamline our filing processes to ensure the team can find information quickly.
Data Entry: Update case files and internal databases.
Collaborate: Assist our small team with light administrative tasks as needed to keep the office humming.

Discreet: In family law, privacy is paramount. You handle sensitive information with the utmost care and respect.
A Team Player: You enjoy the "small office" vibe and are happy to jump in where needed.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic office software (Word, PDF management, and cloud storage).
