Remote- Insurance Sales Producer (P&C) – $100K+ Earning Potential

Are you an experienced insurance sales producer with strong closing skills and a proven track record?

We are a fully remote, growth-focused insurance agency with high-performing producers across multiple states. If you’re motivated, coachable, and want a steady flow of quality opportunities — not outdated lead lists — this could be an excellent fit.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals through generating new business
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Manage high-quality leads and live transfers

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (required)
Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License (required)
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9-5pm PST. (required)
Proven ability to close business over the phone
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
