Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer who is creative, organized, customer-focused, and adaptable. This position combines graphic design, customer interaction, and occasional production support in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
Responsibilities
-Create custom artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
-Work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life
-Prepare production-ready artwork for apparel, embroidery, signage, decals, promotional products, and print projects
-Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
-Answer customer emails, phone calls, and assist walk-in customers
-Communicate professionally regarding revisions, approvals, and project status
-Stay current with design trends and industry best practices
-Assist with production and shop operations as needed
-Collaborate with team members to ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion
Qualifications
-Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
-Strong design, communication, and customer service skills
-Excellent time management and organizational abilities
-Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
-Screen printing, apparel decoration, or print shop experience
-Experience preparing artwork for production
-Customer service experience
