Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

To perform daily cycle counts and report data as directed by Supervisor, Inventory Control Scheduling. Maintain Inventory Control Hold area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform daily scheduled cycle counts as directed.

2. Record cycle count data into master spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

3. Investigate cycle count discrepancies using SAP.

4. Labeling and or re-labeling of storage containers/racks.

5. Create aged inventory reports for purposes of FIFO.

6. Work with shipping and production to help utilize FIFO system.

7. Maintain Inventory Control Hold area.

8. Ensure expedited turn-around time of unidentified containers.

9. Periodic inventory of storage containers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. HS Diploma or GED equivalent required

2. Minimum 1 year of forklift/material handling experience in a manufacturing environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Forklift certified

2. Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

3. Experience with SAP

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5. Interpersonal skills

6. Analytical skills

7. Organizational skills

8. Excellent time management ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
