Full Job Description

We are a custom metal fabrication shop and are currently looking for an experienced Shop/Field Installer for our San Carlos, CA location to help deliver quality and upscale products to our customers and add success to each project.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Proficient in Welding – TIG, MIG, Flux Core in a variety of positions and materials (especially: bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper)
Extensive knowledge and experience with shop tools/machines (drill press, bandsaws, belt sanders, iron workers, Oxy-Acetylene torch, mill, hand tools etc.)
Read and interpret shop drawings and welding symbols
Use various measurement tools to validate your work
Provide feedback to management on design and process improvement
Problem solving
Work as a team by openly collaborating with fellow team members
Proactively communicate with management and other team members through verbal, email, text, & phone
Maintain shop equipment as required
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Forklift experience
Valid Drivers License and Clean Record
Must speak, read, write, English
