Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Designer and Content Creator to design various digital assets and manage marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Work with Marketing Team to plan and produce marketing ideas, strategies, and material for both in-house and client marketing.
Email Marketing: Manage in-house and client email marketing by working with the team to develop content, create graphics and layout, execute delivery of email using CRM, and monitor analytics in order to improve future campaigns.
Social Media: Manage in-house and client social media presence by working with client to develop content calendars; engaging content through graphics, pictures, and reels; promoting content via paid advertising means; and monitoring analytics. This requires in depth understanding and use of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any others as needed.
Website: Create website wireframes for multipage websites of all industries and provide assets for other graphics as needed at the request of the website team.
Branding: Work with clients to develop brand identity by designing logos, style guides, and other assets.
General Marketing: Assist on in-house and client marketing campaigns from concept creation to implementation.
Graphic Design: Work with marketing team and clients to develop digital graphics and print material for promotional deliverables.

Skills

Creativity to design original digital assets based on others' concepts, ideas, and branding.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Applications, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
Experience with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while staying flexible to reorganize priorities as needed to meet client expectations and deadlines.
A love for the small business community and the ability to build client relationships.
Work well in a team environment staying engaged in conversations and collaborations through Teams, email, and other communication.
Written and verbal communication.
Ability to receive constructive feedback regarding design and make changes per client and team requests.

Pay dependent on experience.

Hours and work location are flexible with an understanding that primary work hours are 8-5 in order to meet client expectations. A primary schedule will be determined during the hiring process.
