About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Career Coaching to lead and optimize our client services team. You'll own the success of our career coaches, making sure every client hits their goals and every coach delivers at a high standard. This is a leadership role for someone who loves building systems, coaching a team, and taking full ownership of client outcomes.

What You'll Own

Results & KPIs

Keep all team KPIs consistently on track and on target
Maintain the percentage of clients receiving zero interviews per week at or below 8%
Enforce career coach best practices, including:
Every new client is assigned a career coach and contacted within 3 business hours of onboarding
Weekly DM check-ins with clients every Monday and Thursday
All client requests answered within 24 business hours
Airtable kept as the accurate, up-to-date source of truth for client information

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and support career coaches to meet audit and fulfillment standards
Provide ongoing coaching and resources to lift team performance and productivity

Fulfillment & Process

Take ownership of the fulfillment process — identify and implement improvements to training, systems, and workflows
Partner with leadership to refine processes over time
Contribute to building student coursework and resources (rolled out gradually)
Act as the main point of contact for resolving client escalations and complex issues

What Success Looks Like

Every career coach follows processes effectively and maintains high standards of service
KPIs and objectives are set, tracked, and refined in collaboration with leadership
The career coaching department grows and scales smoothly

Compensation

This role will likely start part-time and scale to full-time as the team and caseload grow.

Starting (part-time): $4,000–$6,000/month
Full-time On-Target Earnings: $8,000–$12,000/month

Your earnings scale directly with the clients you manage:

Base: $30 per client not actively assigned to you
Per active client assigned to you: $105
Monthly bonus: $1,000, tied to core monthly objectives mutually agreed between you and the founder (e.g., 5 Trustpilot reviews, 7.5+ NPS)

Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
