Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth by actively engaging with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm for building relationships, combined with your strategic approach to territory management and lead generation, will help expand our market presence. Duties

Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients and existing accounts within assigned territories to promote products and services.
Manage territory sales strategies to maximize coverage, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized service.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that highlight features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
Engage in inside sales activities including follow-up calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings when appropriate.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations effectively.
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly.
Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying growth opportunities.
Experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients via cold calling or virtual meetings.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
