Responsibilities

Engage and qualify inbound leads generated from our extensive marketing campaigns.
Use our proven, scripted sales process to present the firm’s value proposition.
Conduct initial consultations via phone, Zoom, or in-office meetings.
Collect client data using our proprietary Wealth 360° planning process.
Schedule and deliver Portfolio Stress Test results to demonstrate value.
Meet and exceed weekly activity and production quotas:
Make outbound calls daily (auto-dialer provided).
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Log all activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

Required:
Series 65 or 66 license (or ability to obtain quickly).
Clean U4 record.
Documented success in investment sales or financial advising.
Ability to commute within 50 miles of Fleming Island, FL (32003).
Preferred:
CFP® designation.
RIA, brokerage, life insurance/annuities, or call center financial sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Income Potential: $200K+ based on performance.
Base salary + fee splits + bonuses.
