Help Build Something Extraordinary From the Ground Up

Are you a Physical Therapist licensed in Texas who dreams of more than simply treating patients? Do you want the opportunity to help create, lead, and grow a specialty clinic while maintaining the autonomy and fulfillment that brought you into physical therapy in the first place?

At ScolioAustin Spine & Scoliosis Physical Therapy, we have built one of the region's premier specialty spine and scoliosis practices, providing highly personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive, low-volume environment. We are now seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Physical Therapist to help launch and develop our San Antonio location.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part clinician, part leader, and part visionary. Rather than stepping into an established corporate system, you will have the opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up while receiving mentorship, training, systems, and support from our successful Austin model.

About Us

ScolioAustin Spine & Scoliosis Physical Therapy is a specialty practice focused exclusively on scoliosis, spinal conditions, posture disorders, osteoporosis, and complex orthopedic rehabilitation. We provide individualized one-on-one care and are committed to helping patients avoid unnecessary progression, surgery, disability, and chronic pain.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, spinal, and postural conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
Build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in the San Antonio community
Assist with community outreach, workshops, and educational programs
Participate in specialized scoliosis and spine training
Help establish clinic systems, workflows, and culture
Collaborate with leadership to replicate the successful Austin clinic model
Participate in social media, patient education, and community awareness initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation using JaneApp EMR

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Current Texas Physical Therapy License
Minimum 3 years orthopedic experience preferred
Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in leadership and growth
Passion for spine care, scoliosis, and helping patients achieve their goals
Willingness to receive advanced scoliosis-specific training
