Key Responsibilities
- Pulling wire
- Rough ins
- Switch and plugging
- Pipe bending (1/2"-4") Journeyman level
- Run MC
- Switch gear
- Fire alarms
- Panels
- Low Voltage Control
- Air Conditioning and Heating Wiring
- Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site electrical operations, including coordinating with the assigned Project Manager (foreman).
- Develop, adjust, and adhere to work timelines to meet project schedules (foreman).
- Collaborate with project management, prefabrication, and design teams (foreman).
- Organize and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower(foreman).
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, plans, specifications, and industry codes(foreman).
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to field crew members(foreman).
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner (foreman).
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used (foreman).
Qualifications
- Required Licenses: Valid Journeyman's License.
- Minimum: 4 years of electrical experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience (foreman role only)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Proficient in interlock wiring, testing electrical systems, and diagnosing system malfunctions.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
