Full Job Description

Join the EurekaFacts network of qualified interviewers and moderators. These are openings for occasional support as independent contractors / freelancers.

What we look for:

EurekaFacts undertakes a wide range of market research projects that require interviewers and moderators with various technical and language skills. While some activities are conducted online, others require in-person presence to interview research participants. Common needs include:

Focus Group Moderators – One on One Interviewers – Cognitive and Usability Interviewers – In Person Observer / Intercept Interviewer

Frequent requests include requirements in experience conducting research in health/ healthcare, broad consumer research, transportation and community engagement, education, employee engagement, and other areas. We also conduct product / pretesting sessions and engage local test proctors to assist.

Skill areas may include business/executive interviewing, cognitive interviewing, usability / user experience interviewing, technical specialties. Tell us about your language skills – We often conduct research in English, Spanish, and other languages. When we have a new project we identify potential interviewers for each market/topic area and reach out to determine availability.
