We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Google Workspace Integration Engineer specialized in developing and deploying Google Classroom Add-ons. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Google Classroom Add-ons using RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend functionality and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver robust integration solutions.
- Implement system architecture best practices for cloud security, load balancing, and system hardening to safeguard data integrity and privacy across platforms.
- Manage configuration management, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline application development cycles.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system design, network connectivity (VPN, firewall), and application performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and vulnerability management activities to identify potential security risks within the Google Workspace environment.
- Document technical processes thoroughly while providing ongoing support for system administration, system hardening, and software implementation efforts.
Skills
- Extensive experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and solution architecture within cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in application development using JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, Ruby on Rails, and related programming languages.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization (VMware, ESXi), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Expertise in database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL databases like NoSQL solutions for scalable data storage.
- Familiarity with enterprise solutions implementation involving Salesforce, Pegasystems, Web services (SOAP/REST), API integrations via RESTful API standards.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including scripting (Shell Scripting, Bash), CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git for version control.
- Experience with network protocols such as DNS, DHCP; security measures including VPNs, firewalls; system hardening; threat intelligence; vulnerability assessment; information security practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to load balancing, system design, system architecture, virtualization technologies (WDS), GPO configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on solution architecture that aligns with enterprise needs while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Our curriculum is currently used by schools and financial institutions, and we are rapidly expanding our integrations with major educational platforms.
We are seeking a Senior Google Workspace Integration Engineer to lead the development and launch of our Google Classroom Add-on, enabling educators to seamlessly assign Moneyling courses and lessons directly from Google Classroom.
This is a highly visible project with immediate impact. Two school districts are prepared to begin using the platform as soon as the integration is complete.
About the Project
Moneyling's Learning Management System currently operates on:

The objective is to create a secure, scalable Google Classroom integration that allows teachers to:
- Browse Moneyling courses and lessons
- Assign lessons directly within Google Classroom
- Automatically provision student access
- Launch lessons with single sign-on
- Sync completion status and grades (where supported)
- Support future expansion into additional LMS platforms
Responsibilities
You will own the technical implementation of the Google Classroom integration from architecture through deployment.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and build a production-ready Google Classroom Add-on
- Configure and implement Google Workspace Marketplace integration
- Build secure Google OAuth authentication
- Integrate Google Classroom APIs
- Develop teacher assignment workflows
- Implement student launch experience
- Implement roster synchronization where appropriate
- Implement grade passback and assignment completion workflows
- Integrate with our existing WordPress/LifterLMS platform
- Configure Google Cloud resources
- Configure OAuth consent and verification requirements
- Prepare the application for Google Marketplace submission
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Collaborate directly with Moneyling's founders throughout development
