Job Title: Patient Care Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Position Summary:
US Migraine is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of individuals living with chronic, severe migraines and headaches through innovative treatment solutions such as the Migraine Procedure. The Patient Care Manager plays a critical role in building trust with potential patients, guiding them through our care process, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience. This position is highly focused on sales, lead conversion, and relationship-building, requiring a strong communicator who is both persuasive and empathetic.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage new daily leads in the CRM, following up promptly and consistently.
Educate potential patients about the Migraine Procedure, answering questions thoroughly and accurately.
Build rapport with patients using empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Schedule phone consultations with the physician.
Maintain detailed notes in the CRM documenting all communications with leads.
Move leads efficiently through the sales and care pipeline stages, ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely updates in the system.
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) or more years of sales-related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong background in sales, lead nurturing, and conversions (healthcare experience a plus but not required).
Proven ability to build trust, establish rapport, and close leads effectively.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic office software; EMR experience helpful but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.60 per hour
