Job Overview:

As a Tree Climber Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, using sophisticated climbing and rigging techniques to safely prune and remove trees. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong focus on safety, and a deep commitment to sustainable and responsible tree care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute advanced tree climbing and rigging techniques for tree pruning and removal.
Implement proper pruning practices for a variety of tree species, focusing on health, aesthetics, and safety.
Accurately identify and assess the condition of various tree species.
Maintain and inspect climbing gear, chainsaws, and other tree care equipment, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
Adhere to and promote rigorous safety standards and practices in all tree care operations.
Operate specialized equipment, including chainsaws, aerial lifts, with expertise.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing knowledgeable advice and service.
Participate in emergency tree care and storm damage response as required.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in professional tree climbing and arboricultural practices.
