Green Eggs Cafe | Multi-Unit Leadership Role

Full-Time | Up to $100,000–$120,000 per year

Are you an accomplished culinary leader looking for the opportunity to shape the future of a growing restaurant group—while working closely with our Executive Chef to bring a shared culinary vision to life?

Green Eggs Cafe is seeking an experienced Culinary Director to partner directly with our Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operations of our five locations, all conveniently located within a five-mile radius. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who is passionate about collaboration at the highest level, developing people, maintaining exceptional food quality, and helping drive culinary innovation across the brand.

What You’ll Do

As our Culinary Director, you’ll work in close partnership with our Executive Chef to lead and elevate every aspect of our kitchen operations across all locations, including:

Overseeing culinary operations for five restaurants in collaboration with the Executive Chef
Partnering daily with the Executive Chef on standards, execution, and culinary direction
Coaching, mentoring, and developing kitchen leadership teams
Teaching proper cooking techniques and maintaining high culinary standards
Hiring, onboarding, and, when necessary, terminating kitchen employees
Leading all training programs for new line cooks
Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe creation, and seasonal features
Managing food sourcing and building relationships with vendors and suppliers alongside the Executive Chef
Ensuring consistency, quality, food safety, and operational excellence across every location

Qualifications

We’re looking for a seasoned hospitality professional who brings both leadership and culinary expertise.

Requirements:

ServSafe Certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable multi- unit culinary leadership role
10 years of total restaurant industry experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire kitchen teams
Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills
Passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
Experience working in a collaborative culinary leadership structure is strongly preferred
