Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of front desk agents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all guests
Manage a team of front desk agents, providing guidance and support as needed
Train new front desk agents on company policies and procedures
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of guest information and room availability
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations as needed
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
