The Role

As a BCBA / Clinic Director at Stride, you'll carry a small caseload of preschool learners (ages 2-6) and lead the clinical operations of your center. You'll report to a Director of Clinical Operations with consistent consultative access to thought leaders in ABA, and you'll work alongside motivated, mission-driven colleagues who share your commitment to clinical excellence.

This is a role for someone who wants to do their best clinical work, not manage burnout.

What You'll Do

Carry and manage a caseload of preschool-aged clients using structured and naturalistic teaching strategies
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.) and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Supervise, train, and support RBTs
Collaborate with the Center Coordinator on day-to-day operations
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to build skills that generalize beyond the clinic

What We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification (3 years of experience preferred)
Experience with preschool-aged clients (ages 2-6) and clinic-based settings preferred
Familiarity with VB-MAPP, Vineland, and related assessments
Prior RBT/BCaBA supervision experience preferred
Strong commitment to clinical excellence, professional growth, and collaborative practice

The hiring range for this position is $90,000–$100,000 annually. Placement within the range is determined by years of BCBA experience, leadership experience, clinical expertise, geographic market, and internal equity considerations. Additional compensation opportunities, including sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance, may be available based on business need.
