Full Job Description

We exist to create a path to financial independence while empowering people to become more than they thought possible.

That is our vision, and it is the reason this role exists. We hire producers we intend to develop and promote, with the goal of sending some of them out to run agencies of their own. If you want a sales job, there are hundreds on this site. If you want to build a career that ends somewhere bigger than the job you're applying for, that is a much shorter list.

This role is fully remote and we hire nationwide.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll sell auto and home insurance to people who have a need. Inbound calls and live transfer leads — we invest heavily in lead flow, so you are not cold calling and not dialing lists for hours to reach a human. A separate service department handles endorsements, payments, and service requests, which means your day is quoting, presenting, closing, and following up on the ones who didn't close the first time.

You'll work a defined sales process inside our CRM, ask every customer for referrals.

A structured onboarding program, not "shadow someone for a week and good luck"
Weekly one-on-one coaching, and a manager whose performance is measured by whether you get better
A service department, so you sell instead of servicing
A defined promotion track: producer → senior producer → team lead → agency ownership

What this environment asks of you

Read this part carefully. It is the most accurate description of the job on this page.

Your calls get reviewed. Recorded calls are pulled and reviewed with you regularly. You will be told specific things you did wrong and asked to do them differently on the next call. This happens every week, not once a quarter.
You'll be asked to run the process before you improve it. We have tested what works. New producers learn and execute it as written first. Once you've mastered it, we genuinely want your ideas on making it better — in that order.
Your numbers are visible. Activity and results are transparent across the team. Everyone can see where everyone stands.
The first ninety days are the hardest. Learning insurance, learning our systems, and learning to close on the phone at the same time is a lot. Producers who make it past the ramp tend to stay for years.
We say hard things directly. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us clearly and early, in private, with a plan attached. We don't let people drift for six months and then act surprised.
We expect you to make the team better. Sharing what's working with the person next to you is part of the job, not a favor. Someone else's success here does not reduce your opportunity.

You want the income of a top producer without the work that produces one

Compensation

Base salary: $42,000 — paid regardless of production
Commission: uncapped, paid on new business written premium
Realistic first-year total: $86,000 for producers who hit expectations
Our target: an average of $90,000 per producer — that's the number we build toward, not a top-performer outlier

Requirements

An active Property & Casualty insurance license — or the ability to obtain one before your start date. We will pay for your licensing course and exam if you're the right person and not yet licensed.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
2 years sales experience
2 years insurance experience
