Empire Dental Specialty Group is seeking a Full-Time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our premier multi-specialty practice in Beavercreek (Dayton), Ohio.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, technology-driven environment alongside experienced specialists while delivering exceptional care to a well-established PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring oral and maxillofacial surgical care
Perform the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery procedures based on your clinical expertise
Present treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Refer patients to additional specialists when appropriate
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered surgical environment
Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, state dental board, and other regulatory standards
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
