Position Overview:

We’re seeking driven, experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our amazing AI company. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, making it ideal for top-performing salespeople with a proven track record in SMB technology sales (e.g., Point of Sale systems, AI, Voice AI, Merchant Services, or SaaS products). If you have an established network of SMB contacts and are excited to sell a game-changing AI solution, this is the perfect opportunity to maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities

Prospect and Close Deals: Leverage your existing network, Google search and local markets, to pitch and close deals with SMB owners across verticals like retail, hospitality, and professional services.
Sell a Market-Leading Solution: Highlight the unmatched value and competitive pricing of All Voice AI’s platform using provided sales materials and training.
Build a Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of SMB clients.
Refer Sales Representatives and Earn More: Earn additional commission by referring newSales Representatives to our team, and earn commissions on their sales as well.
Work Independently: Set your own hours to maximize flexibility and results.

Qualifications:

Proven success selling technology solutions (e.g., POS, AI, Voice AI, Merchant Services, or SaaS) to SMBs.
Established network of SMB owners and decision-makers with strong relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a 100% commission-based role.
Passion for AI innovation and eagerness to represent the best Voice AI solution in the market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to convey our compelling value proposition.

Compensation and Benefits:

Uncapped Commissions: Earn 10% on implementation fees and monthly recurring fees for every sale.
Referral Bonus: Earn 10% commission on all sales made by Sales Executives you refer to us who also sell for us.
Flexible Schedule: Work as much or as little as you’d like, ideal for earning substantial side income or pursuing full-time.
Comprehensive Support: Receive full training, sales materials, and content to ensure your success.
